Lord Buddha Teachings are different from other religions concerned to god.He seems quite about this topic or not same to others what think about god. This world is created by God is a common belief. In Brahmnic thoughts and views this God is called Brahama,Prajapai or Ishwar. But when question arises who is his God and how he came into being there is no answer. The common belief about God is that he is omanipotent, all powerful, omanipresent,he fills the whole universe, and omaniscient,he knows every thing.God is said to be good ,God is said to be just, and God is said to be all loving.
But reading about the Lord Buddha Teachings we find he rejected the doctrine of God

Lord Buddha Words About God
He says nobody has seen God .People only speak of God. God is unknown and unseen. Nobody can prove that God has created this world. The world has evolved and not created. What advantage can there be in believing in God? It is unprofitable. He says religion based on God is based on speculations only, therefore not worth having. It only creates superstition. He argues that doctrine of the existence of God is not based on truth. This is clear His dialogue to Bhardvaja and Vasettha. He askes,"Is there single one versed in three Vedas who has seen Brahma face to face?.Is there single one of the teachers of Brahmanas versed in three Vedas who have seen Brahma face to face?"Vasettha had noanswer. Lord Buddha says talk about God of Brahmins is only a blind talk.
Lord Buddha Teachings shows clear description what he thinks. He argues If God is good then why he has made such criminals, liars, abusive, covetous, malicious. If God is merciful then why he does not give happiness to all.Why there are poverty and misery? Why do fraud, lies and ignorance prevail? Why falsehood triumph over truth? Why does truth and justice fail?
According to him the centre of religion lay not in the relation of man to God. It lay in the relation between men to men.
There is not Supernatural
Everyone always be curious to know anything how it happened some time cause and effects are so close that anyone can clear it. But some times the effect is so far to cause that any body can not guess the occurrence of event. The common answer is that the occurrence of the event is due to some supernatural which is often called a miracle.
Lord Buddha Teachings illustrates that no only every event has a cause cause is the result of some human action or natural law.Teachings of Lord Buddha teaches us man is free and every event must be the result of man's action of an act of nature.
So we see the Great Lord Buddha Teachings shows us way mostly in three ways to know about supernatural:
(1)Rationalism
(2)Search of Truth
(3)Causation
Causation and Rationalism is main doctrine of Buddhism .Without it there is nothing Buddhism.
Don't Believe In Soul
According to Lord Buddha Teachings religion based on soul is based on mere speculations. Nobody has seen the soul or has conversed the soul. The soul unknown and unseen. The thing that exists is not soul but only mind. So belief in soul is unprofitable. It creates superstition. He argues what happens of soul after death of body. He asks whether soul be visible after the death of the body. Does soul keep its form after the bod?.Does soul die with the body.? He asks happiness and misery of soul after the death of body.
Lord Buddha Teachings illustrates that the the belief in the existence of soul is as much a source of superstition as belief in God is.Indeed in Lord Buddha opinion the belief in existence of soul is fore more dangerous than the belief of God.For not only does it create a priesthood, not it is the origin of
of all superstition but it gives the priesthood complete control over man from birth to death .
Lord Buddha Teachings are mostly concerned about consciousness.Teachings Of Lord Buddha tells consciousness is cognitive ,emotional and volitional.Soul fails on the scale of consciousness.
Thus Lord Buddha disproved the existence of soul.
